SUBMISSION TERMSRights. You confirm you have the right to submit this track and to
have it worked on. You keep all rights to your music — nothing you
send changes who owns it.Use of your work. We won't share, release, or use your track for
anything other than the work you've hired us for. If we'd like to
use a clip as a before/after example, we'll ask you first and you
can say no.Evaluation. Every submission gets a free verdict. An evaluation is
not a commitment to take the job, and we may decline tracks we
can't meaningfully improve.Scope. A standard job covers one track up to 4:00: cleanup, mix,
master, one revision, WAV and MP3 delivery. Tracks with damage from
generation are quoted separately after evaluation. Additional
revisions beyond what's included are treated as new work.Results. We'll always tell you honestly what's fixable and what
isn't. Some damage happens before a file reaches us and can't be
fully removed. We don't guarantee any specific outcome beyond doing
the work described.Payment and cancellation. Payment is due before work begins. If we
decline a track, there's no charge. Once work has started, fees
aren't refundable.Files. We keep your files only as long as needed to complete the
job, then delete them.
